Tickets give access to the Dark Money Conference 2020, live keynote addresses, panel sessions, masterclass workshops and networking events on specified or all days (depending on your ticket) from 23-25 September 2020.
Event Partner & Networking Platform
The Dark Money Conference is about bringing together the right people, the right topics and the right forum to discuss how an organised approach can help the fight against financial crime. Our goal is to build a community where attendees, speakers and organisers come together to forge lasting relationships.
When you register, we will create an account on the event partner and networking platform, Swapcard with your information. You will receive access to the platform and prior to the conference, access to the attendee list to facilitate networking during and after the event. Your data will be used to allow you access to the event and to participate in the networking. It will be protected and will not be passed to any third parties. You have the right to access your data, as well as editing or deleting it. For further information on your data processing and your rights, please refer to Swapcard’s protection of data policy here.
HOW INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WILL BE USED
FSCom Ltd takes your privacy very seriously. By registering for this conference, we will also use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests to keep in contact with you about future conferences and other similar events and information which may be of interest to you. We will only ever use the information we collect or receive about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Don’t worry, if you prefer us not to contact you about similar events or services we believe you will be interested in, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe buttons in our emails.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation: a) If you cancel your place in writing at least 4 weeks from the event, you will be due a 75% refund of your fee. b) If you cancel your place in writing between 4 and 2 weeks of the event, you will be due a 50% refund of your fee. c) If you cancel your place within 2 weeks of the event, you will not be entitled to any refund, although you will be sent a copy of the documentation after the event. Please note that all conference fees remain payable and invoices will not be cancelled, unless these cancellation terms are met.
Replacement delegates: If you are unable to attend at any stage, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra charge. Please confirm the details of the replacement in writing to [email protected]
Amendments to the program / cancellation of the event: In the event of amendments being made to the conference agenda, they will be published on our website ASAP. However, we reserve the right to amend the programme content, timings or speakers without notice.
